This is where you will find information on the Community Services and Community Projects within the Murray Shire.

Each sub-section contains general information about the service/project and provides contact details should you require further information or wish to access these services/projects.

	Murray Shire's Community Services Directory is your guide to find out about local organisations and services in the Murray Shire.
	Murray Shire Council's Multi Service Outlet provides services to the Murray Shire through a variety of individual services.
	Murray Shire Council advises that there are Alcohol Free Zones in place within the Mathoura and Moama townships.
	Murray Shire's Australia Day celebrations are held on 26 January every year, with the venue alternating between the Mathoura Visitor and Business Centre in Mathoura and the Kerrabee Soundshell in Moama.
	Murray Shire Council is involved in a variety of Community Projects.
	Murray Shire's Community Services Officer works directly with the frail aged and disabled persons within the Murray Shire, coordinating available resources to meet the needs of the clients in the target group.

	The Mathoura Visitor and Business Centre offers a variety of services to the public, including Visitor Information, Bendigo Bank, Centrelink Access Point and Medicare Claim Booth, just to name a few.
	Murray Shire's Outreach Officer is mainly concerned with Meals on Wheels within the Shire, with the main objective of the role being to meet the demands of the frail aged and disabled persons within the Shire.
