The agendas for all Council meetings held in 2009 are available for download from this page.

Simply:

click on the type of meeting you wish to view the agenda for (eg Ordinary, Planning and Development, etc); and
click on the date of the meeting (all dates are listed in order in the dowload files box at the bottom of the page).

The agenda is presented in Adobe Reader format. To view it you will require Adobe Reader, which may be downloaded free from the Adobe Website.
