The Great Day Out is now well established as the major annual fundraiser for the Moama and Echuca Community Botanic Gardens.

With the Sporties Fun Run/Walk, the Great Tanksta Barra Race, the Gumboot Toss, and Naughtons Harness Barra Race, along with a Auskick Clinic, there are plenty of choices of activities for people to get involved.

"HEALTHY COMMUNITIES WORKING TOGETHER"

AFL AUSKICK CLINIC - Join us from 10am to 12noon at the Jack Eddy Oval, Moama Recreation Reserve, for an Auskick Clinic on Sunday 3 May 2009. All primary school age boys and girls welcome. Contact Brad Langborne on 0414 573 400 for more information.

SPORTIES FUN RUN/WALK - Registrations at 8am, with 8:45am start fro 5km scenic river track course. Donation of $20, includes Sporties Breaky. Also anytime - Family Walk/Run around the fun and fitness track. First Prize = Gym Membership.

GREAT TANKSTA BARRA RACE - Heat 1 will begin at 12:15pm on the Moama Football Oval. Dont miss the "Barra Parade" - all teams assembled for display at 12 midday! See entry form for further details - enter your work/social team now! First Prize = $500
